Titlesolv UK and Ireland joins Westcor International

Titlesolv UK and Ireland has joined the Westcor family as part of UK subsidiary Westcor International.

Set up 15 years ago, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, based in Maitland, Florida, is now the fifth largest title insurance underwriter in the United States and the number one independent title insurer.

Westcor International was set up in the UK three years ago and received Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorisation in 2018.

Titlesolv appoints underwriting director

From Monday 27 July, Titlesolv relinquished its trading name; it will now operate under the Westcor International brand.

Mary O’Donnell, CEO of global operations at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, said: “We are delighted to welcome Titlesolv into our group – a reputable brand with the experience we need to expand our presence in the UK and Ireland.

“For three years we have been operating in the UK with a view to expanding our market share in the title insurance sector, and Titlesolv is the perfect match for us.”
