Recovco Mortgage Management appoints new COO

Recovco Mortgage Management has created a chief operating officer position and appointed former Clayton Holdings executive Trey Beal to the role.

Beal, who brings two decades of experience in residential due diligence, will be based in the company’s Dallas headquarters. He’s also an expert in mortgage underwriting, regulatory compliance, RMBS requirements (NPL/RPL and new origination), operations, and client service management.

Before joining Recovco, Beal served as vice president of business development at Clayton, where he was instrumental in establishing underwriting facilities in several states. He also held various leadership positions at the firm, including VP of transaction management and VP of client management.
