ATTOM Data Solutions has announced the appointment of Rick Sharga as executive vice president of marketing for its foreclosure listings and search portal, RealtyTrac.
In his new role, Sharga will oversee the company’s marketing and public-relations activities. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
“As ATTOM continues its growth and expansion in the data licensing business, we also have been revitalizing RealtyTrac, one of the original and strongest online brands in the US residential real estate market,” said Rob Barber, CEO of ATTOM Data Solutions. “Rick’s extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, along with his established industry relationships, make him an invaluable addition to the growing RealtyTrac team.”
Sharga first joined RealtyTrac in 2004 as senior vice president. For almost eight years, he helped the brand lay the foundation for its internal and external communications program. Before returning to RealtyTrac this August, he served as executive vice president of Carrington Mortgage and chief marketing officer of the firm’s Vylla business division.
