Paragon Bank has expanded its range of limited-edition buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages by relaunching two products for single self-contained units.
Both mortgages are available at 75% loan-to-value (LTV), with rates starting at 2.75% when borrowed over 2-years and 3.10% over 5-years.
They are available for both purchase and remortgage, include free valuations, £750 cashback and both are available for portfolio landlords who have four or more mortgaged BTL properties in their own name or through a limited company.

Product fees are set at 1.00% for the 2-year finance and 2.00% over the 5-year term, as well as this, APRC is charged at 4.10% on the two products.
Richard Rowntree, managing director of Paragon Bank, said: “We recently re-launched our limited-edition HMO and MUB products and these have been well received by landlords.
“We know that there is still strong demand, despite the end of the Stamp Duty holiday, and the popularity of this range supports that.
“By extending our limited-edition range we are providing additional competitive rates, cashback and free valuations for landlords who are interested in diversifying their portfolios with SSCs.”
