Falkirk in Scotland is the fastest moving property market in the UK, according to data collected by Zoopla.
As the stamp duty deadline nears closer, Zoopla identified the fastest moving markets.
Properties in Falkirk take an average of 20.3 days from being listed to being sold subject to contract.

This was followed by Bridgend in Wales, where properties take on average 23.6 days to go under offer.
Eight of the top 20 locations were from locations within the midlands, outlined Zoopla.
Waltham Forest in London, was the only location in the south of England on the list, with the average time to go under offer at 24 days.
Notably, Waltham Forest had the highest price band among all 20 locations, at £400,000-£450,000.
Three-bed, semi-detached properties are the fastest moving property type, whilst properties in £100,000 – £150,000 price bracket are the fastest moving.
Tom Parker, consumer spokesperson at Zoopla, said: “With a potential saving of up to £15,000, the rush from buyers to benefit from the stamp duty holiday is very much on.
“Of course there is still a significant amount of work to be done once a property is under offer, but properties being snapped up quickly by eager buyers is the first hurdle to leap if you want to make that saving.
“We would urge buyers to act quickly and decisively in their hunt for a perfect property.
“Any delay can not only mean you miss out on your dream home but could hit you in the pocket too.”
