New American Funding has launched an innovative mentorship program, as part of an initiative to help its team members boost their mortgage careers.
The mortgage lender announced Tuesday the launch of its 360 Mentorship Program, which pairs a seasoned leader in the company with another employee who is pursuing career advancement.
In its release, New American said that the program demonstrates its company culture of ensuring employees feel balanced and receive fair treatment and respect. The firm also offers advancement opportunities, extensive career training in various areas of the mortgage business, competitive benefits packages, and signing bonuses for certain positions.
