Nicholas joined HQM Loans as a college intern in April of 2018, while he was pursuing a degree in Economics and Real Estate at Montclair State University. He started his career by mentoring the loan originators in the office and learning all the aspects of the mortgage business. Nick took an interest in the mortgage business and made the decision to get licensed in 2018. Dedication and hard work are the qualities that Nick prides himself on. Providing these attributes towards client create a smooth and seamless mortgage process. As the Loan Set Up Specialist, Nick handles, organizes and distributes client documents.
