LRES names latest board member

LRES Corporation has welcomed real estate and mortgage industry veteran Marc Helm to its board of directors.

Helm has 43 years of experience under his belt. He is currently a partner at Transformation Mortgage Services (TMS) and president and CEO of ReverseAmerica Advisors (RAA). Before that, he founded Reverse Mortgage Solutions (RMS), where he took on the role of president and CEO. Helm also previously held executive positions at Mortgage Consultants of America and Washington Mutual.

During his career, he has served on several industry committees, including serving on both the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Advisory committees, chairing the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Administration Committee and MBA Technology Committee, serving as a member of the Fidelity/LPS Information Systems Mortgage Servicing Advisory Board, and as a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lender Association’s Board of Directors.
