Loughborough Building Society has promoted Luke Berrington (pictured) to telephone business development manager (BDM).
Berrington previously held the position of intermediary account manager at the society, having joined in May 2018 as a mortgage adviser
He has also worked at Connells Estate Agents as a broker and before that spent 10 years at Santander and Halifax.
Mark Price joins Vida as director of credit risk
Ashley Pearson, BDM at The Loughborough said: “Luke has become an integral part of the team and I’m delighted that he’s been promoted to Telephone BDM.
“He’ll be focusing on helping brokers find solutions within our proposition. Having a telephone BDM in place for when restrictions are lifted, and I can physically visit brokers again, will enable me to provide even more support to our panel members.”
Berrington added: “I’m very pleased to be part of this winning team, we’ve achieved so much and being part of it makes me very proud.
“The whole team works incredibly hard to deliver a great front end service to Brokers and having been a Broker myself, I understand how important that is.”
