Equity release advisory firm Key has strengthened its estate planning team with the addition of Andrew Parkinson to the newly created role of head of sales and operations.
Parkinson has previously worked as group operations director at Legal Hub Group, director at Integral Solutions and head of legal services at two leading national accident management companies.
As part of his role, Parkinson will be responsible for growing the internal culture as well as developing customer service, operational processes and systems to meet the growing need for estate planning amongst the over-55s.
