e.surv has appointed James Ginley (pictured) as director of technical surveying.
He was previously residential portfolio manager at Legal & General and technical director at Legal & General Surveying Services (LGSS). He has also previously worked at Colleys for Lloyds Banking Group and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors.
In his new role Ginley will be joining e.surv’s risk and governance team and will be delivering technical insights and advice for e.surv’s lender clients.
