Industry veteran joins Change Home Mortgage as chief wholesale officer

Change Home Mortgage has announced the appointment of Denis Kelly as its new chief wholesale officer.

In a statement, Change said Kelly will be leading its wholesale division “at this pivotal moment in its rapid growth.”

Kelly has more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience specializing in non-agency portfolio lending. Prior to joining Change, he served as senior vice president at Sprout Mortgage, where he led the mortgage solutions group for its wholesale channel.

“Mr. Kelly’s deep industry experience and track record makes him the right leader for Change Wholesale,” said Ted Ray, president of Change Home Mortgage. “I look forward to working with Denis to scale our industry leading, proprietary loans such as our community mortgage.
