HM Land Registry will resume publication of the UK House Price Index (HPI), following its suspension in May 2020.
On 19 August, the Land Registry will publish April 2020’s index, followed by interim releases throughout September.
After this, it will aim to resume normal publication in October, with the August 2020 index.
The initial release will not contain heatmaps; this will be reviewed on a release by release basis.
