Guaranteed Rate bolsters footprint in Florida with new branch

Guaranteed Rate has bolstered its footprint in Central Florida with the opening of its new Wildwood, Fla. Branch, led by Debi Smith.

Located in The Villages community, the new branch expands Guaranteed Rate’s existing presence in Central Florida, which includes locations in Orlando, Maitland, Ocala and Gainesville. Smith, who also serves as vice president of mortgage lending, will lead the new office as branch manager. 

The 18-year mortgage industry veteran has spent her entire career serving Florida’s borrowers. She served as a loan officer at Citizens First Bank for the past 10 years. Before that, she held mortgage roles at Kambuck Resources, Pinnacle Financial, and Homebuyers Funding.

“I’m thrilled to join Guaranteed Rate and to be part of its continued growth throughout Florida,” Smith said. “I’ve been serving The Villages for more than two decades, and I look forward to continuing to do so with Guaranteed Rate’s innovative platform and talented team of mortgage professionals.”
