Commercial real estate company eScreenLogic has unveiled its new brand identity as part of its efforts to grow its Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology and other range of services.
The company is now operating under the name CREtelligent, which reflects the firm’s vision of modernizing CRE due diligence processes.CREtelligent’s platform offers lenders and real estate professionals insights, as well as access to relevant due diligence data on properties.
“This has been a challenging year for the CRE market as a whole,” said CREtelligent CEO Anthony Romano. “We’ve worked really hard to serve our clients and have nearly doubled our customer base in 2020. I believe that really speaks to the demand for our solutions. Our vision and commitment are to transform this time-intensive, and inefficient process, enabling commercial real estate professionals to look at more options, make more informed decisions, and do it more quickly.”
The rebranding follows the completion of the company’s Series A funding round led by Moneta Ventures. In a release, CREtelligent said that it will use the additional funds to scale its suite of services, which includes: CRE valuation, portfolio monitoring, flood zone determination services, property and micro-market insights. The firm also plans to expand its workforce of environmental, operational, and customer success professionals.
“There’s a tremendous opportunity to advance CRE due diligence. Not only have we created a platform that provides instantaneous access to the environmental conditions of a property, but also our company has a strong nationwide network of site inspection experts and an in-house team of environmental engineers that can help our customers get the insights they need – all to solve problems and make decisions faster,” Romano said. “CREtelligent is where the hospitality approach to service meets technology. Yes, we have a world-class platform to deliver many of our services, but this is combined with our extraordinary client success team providing a white glove and concierge-like client experience.”
