Deephaven taps non-QM sales leader as head of wholesale

Deephaven Mortgage, a mortgage lender focused on non-agency loans, has tapped non-QM expert Steve Lemon to head the expansion of its broker network.

As national head of wholesale sales, Lemon will help ensure Deephaven’s wholesale broker channel can keep up with the growing demand for its non-QM products.

“Steve Lemon’s knowledge, experience and broker relationships in the non-agency space are second to none. He understands the rapidly evolving borrower landscape and the products wholesalers need to compete within it,” said John Keratsis, president and chief executive officer of Deephaven.
