Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank will return to the market with a range of residential and buy-to-let products following a temporary withdrawal in late September.
The new range includes an 80% LTV fee offer with two and five-year fixed rates from 2.28% and a 75% LTV fee offer BTL two and five-year fixed rates from 2.79%.
The range also includes an 85% LTV professional five-year fixed rate at 3.09%.
