General insurance (GI) provider Ceta Insurance has added Midas to its non-standard panel.

The new product will be available on Ceta’s Infinity platform and provides buildings cover from £250k to £2m and contents cover up to £750k.

As well as high value buildings and contents the cover also extends to business equipment and student cover up to £15k, and single item limit for valuables of £10k.

The product also caters for non-standard property types including chapel and barn conversions, lighthouses, holiday homes etc. as well as non-standard constuction like flat roof and cob construction, listed properties and properties built before 1850.

Previous subsidence is also covered as is up to 60 days unoccupied and high risk postcodes and properties undergoing building works.
