Catalyst Property Finance has added Emma Jordan to its loan servicing team and David Salomon joins as a relationship manager.
Jordan previously spent time at Nationwide and Salomon has more than 10 years’ experience working in real estate.
Anna Bennett, marketing director at Catalyst, said: “Emma joins Catalyst as servicing administrator reporting to Amy Rickman, our servicing manager. Emma’s role is to support customers during the repayment of their loans.

“David joins James Farge’s new business team. David will support borrower loan enquiries from initial application through to completion.
Jordan added: “Catalyst have a fabulous team to work with and everyone has made me feel very welcome. It’s great to be part of such a growing and successful business. I look forward to supporting Amy further in the servicing aspect of the company.”
Salomon said: “After working for a large corporate estate agency for more than decade I was looking for a career change that was really going to challenge me while staying in the property industry.
“I reconnected with James as we used to work together and was immediately blown away by his passion and pride at what was being achieved at Catalyst.
“This, coupled with the fact that I would be working with a small tight knit team, made the decision to join an easy one for me.”
