Guaranteed Rate’s Shant Banosian, already the nation’s number-one mortgage originator, has become the company’s first loan officer to fund $1 billion in loan volume in a single year.
Banosian, who is based in Boston, has more than a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, and has racked up a career volume of more than $4 billion in funded loans. For five consecutive years, he has been Guaranteed Rate’s number-one loan officer nationwide, and has been the top producer in Massachusetts consistently since 2013, according to Banker and Tradesman. He holds a 95% client satisfaction rate, according to Guaranteed Rate.
