Bank of Ireland UK is launching a 2-year 95% loan-to-value (LTV) mortgage from tomorrow.
This product will sit alongside the 5-year 95% LTV product launched recently.
Fixed for 2-years at 3.99% it comes without a product fee and is available across the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland.

George Higginson, UK mortgages director Bank of Ireland UK, said: “Helping brokers to help more clients is really important to us at Bank of Ireland UK.
“Adding this 2-year fixed-rate 95% LTV product to the 5-year product we launched recently will widen the choice of solutions available to brokers and their end clients as we enter a busy time of the year for the sector.”
Available exclusively through intermediaries, the product is available to first-time buyers, home movers and both employed and self-employed applicants.
