GPARENCY, Ira Zlotovic’s new commercial real estate business, has named Ben Schweitzer (pictured) as chief product officer and co-founder.
The seasoned mortgage executive comes to GPARENCY after 13 years at Freddie Mac, where he held leadership positions in underwriting and technology. During his tenure at the GSE, Schweitzer co-created the small balance loan program and founded the multifamily innovation lab.
“Ben has distinguished himself for more than a decade delivering products and programs to the commercial real estate market – his skillset perfectly complements GPARENCY’s unique mission,” said Zlotowitz.
