Neighborly, a franchisor of home-service brands, has announced its acquisition of home-inspection company HouseMaster, bringing the number of brands under the Neighborly umbrella to 25.

Under the acquisition, HouseMaster will operate alongside Neighborly’s other home-service businesses. Since its inception in 1979, HouseMaster has expanded to over 300 franchise territories across the US and Canada.
