TSB has reduced mortgage product rates on offerings within its residential and buy-to-let ranges.
Notable reductions within its residential range include cuts of up to 0.10% on 2-year fixed remortgage products up to 60% LTV with £1,495 fee.
TSB has also cut rates by up to 0.10% on 5-year fixed residential remortgage deals up to 60% LTV, with £1,495 fee rates.
Looking to the buy-to-let range, the lender has reduced rates by up to 0.20% on 2-year fixed purchase and remortgage offerings up to 60% LTV.
Also, within the buy-to-let range, cuts of up to 0.95% have been made on 10-year fixed rate purchase and remortgage deals up to 60% LTV.
