PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust has announced the addition of Fannie Mae veteran Renee Schultz (pictured) to its board of trustees.

Schultz has spent nearly 23 years at the government-sponsored enterprise holding various leadership roles. She most recently served as senior vice president of capital markets, leading a team responsible for providing liquidity to lenders and broader capital markets.

Additionally, she oversaw the securitization policy team, which ensures proper administration of matters related to the strategy and business value of Fannie Mae securities.
