Paragon Bank has launched a limited-edition range of buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages, including two and 5-year fixed rates for portfolio landlords.
The four new 75% loan-to-value (LTV) rates start from 2.75%, are available for both purchase and remortgage and come with free valuations and £750 cashback.
The deals are available across Single Self-Contained (SSC) units and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
Accord Mortgages adds 95% LTV products
They include a 75% LTV 2-year fix at 2.75% and a 75% LTV 5-year fix at 3.10%, for SSC.
A 75% LTV 2-year fix at 2.85% and a 75% LTV 5-year fix at 3.34% have also been added, both available for HMO.
Additionally, the 2-year fixes have a 1% fee, while the 5-year fixes have a 2% fee.
As well as this, all four rates are available for personal or limited company borrowing.
Paragon classes a portfolio landlord as one with four or more mortgaged buy-to-let properties.
