HomeXpress Mortgage has unveiled a new broker portal that aims to speed up the process of funding non-QM loans.
The Santa Ana, Calif.-based company said it upgraded the portal, called X-CONNECT, to connect brokers and account executives during the loan funding process. X-CONNECT now features a more user-centric interface, pricing engine, communication, and funding tools.
Within the portal, brokers can submit non-QM mortgage lending scenarios, price loans, track loan milestones, communicate securely, and store documents in preparation for loan submission. The goal, according to HomeXpress, is to offer brokers a “premier fintech solution to their non-QM mortgage lending needs.”
