KC Abel, holding a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration from William Paterson University plus 8 years in the mortgage and banking arena, KC has in-depth experience in all areas of lending. He has held positions in a vast array of the mortgage and banking industry, including Commercial Credit Analyst where he has underwritten multi-million-dollar loans for complex CRE and C&I deals as well as managed High Net Worth Borrower lines of credit. On the residential mortgage side, KC most recently held the role of Vice President of Secondary Marketing for a large lender, giving him a deep knowledge of the mortgage secondary market, rate/market trends and mortgage operations. KC’s passion is helping others, through his education and experience he is dedicated to simplifying and guiding his clients through the mortgage process with a special focus on detailed communication, organization and integrity. KC is known for his authenticity and enjoys getting to know his clients so he can best serve them and help achieve their goals whether that be a purchase, refinance or investment.
KC currently resides in Sussex County NJ with his beautiful wife and 2 daughters. He enjoys baseball, fishing and being outdoors. KC played collegiate baseball at William Paterson University and is still involved in coaching and training today.
