Leeds Building Society has reintroduced two 95% loan-to-value (LTV) fixed rate mortgage products.
The offerings are a 95% LTV 5-year fix at 3.99% with a £999 fee, or it is available at 4.09% without a fee.
The deals launch 13 April and both products come with a free valuation.
