Leeds Building Society has introduced two 95% loan-to-value (LTV) mortgage products.
This includes a 95% LTV 2-year fix at 3.80% with a £499 fee, or at 3.95% without a fee; both products come with a free standard valuation up to £999 and are for first-time buyers and home movers only.
Matt Bartle, director of products at Leeds Building Society, said: “We recently returned to 95% LTV lending and are now extending our range to offer short term fixed rate mortgages, improving the choice for borrowers and helping more people achieve their dream of owning their own home.

“It’s important to us to assist those buyers who are not well served by the wider market, including those with smaller deposits, to allow more people to have the home they want.
