Ausra Kaminskaite (pictured) has joined Lawrence Stephens as a senior associate solicitor in its expanding real estate finance and banking team.
Kaminskaite has acted for lenders, borrowers and investors on real estate finance transactions, including secured lending, refinancing, investment and development finance.
Bridging finance is one of her key areas of interest, and she has recently acted for a number of well-known bridging lenders on a variety of complex transactions.

A fluent Lithuanian and Russian speaker, Kaminskaite has also acted for clients on a range of commercial real estate transactions, including all aspects of landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, lettings, leasehold renewals and transfers of portfolios to corporate structures.
