The F4B Network has added Precise Mortgages to its lending panel, providing members with access to the lender’s range of residential, buy-to-let (BTL) and second charge loans.
It will also allow advisers to benefit from Precise Mortgages’ technology-driven underwriting and credit risk management processes.
The F4B Network plans to continue to assemble a lending panel consisting of mainstream, BTL, specialist and short-term finance lenders, plus protection and general insurance (GI) providers.

It also offers compliance support and a tech package consisting of features such as remote file checking, CRM system, research tools and a comprehensive professional indemnity (PI) insurance package.
