Automated know your customer (KYC) solutions provider Encompass Corporation has appointed financial crime compliance professional Michael Horsnell (pictured) as business development director.
Horsnell has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having focused on areas including operations, transformation and risk and control and governance.
His expertise covers client onboarding, financial crime and anti-money laundering (AML).

Horsnell has held senior roles at institutions including Citi, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS Investment Bank, where he has headed up client KYC services and client reference data.
Prior to Encompass, he was global head of PEP, KYC and financial crime exits at Barclays.
