The number of lenders live on Criteria Brain, the criteria-based sourcing solution from Mortgage Brain, has reached a new high of 88.
A host of new lenders have joined Criteria Brian over the last couple of months, including Shawbrook Bank, CHL Mortgages and Generation Home.
According to Criteria Brain, the 88 lenders that are live on the platform account for an excess of 95% of the UK intermediary first charge residential mortgage market.
