The Cambridge Building Society is set to reintroduce a number of mortgage products at the 95% loan-to-value (LTV) tier.
The products include a 95% LTV 2-year discount at 3.89%, a 95% LTV 2-year fix at 3.99% and a 5-year fix at 4.09%.
All three products include a £199 application fee and early repayment charges.

Kathy Bowes, intermediary manager at The Cambridge, said: “We’ve been able to support a large number of intermediaries and their clients over the last 12 months, but we know the 95% LTV options have been limited.
“We’re excited to be offering even more choice by further enhancing our low deposit options and making home ownership more attainable.”
The range will be available from Wednesday 5 May.
