Barclays has added several residential and remortgage products.
Notable offerings include a 60% loan-to-value (LTV) purchase only 2-year fix at 1.95% and an 85% LTV 2-year fix for purchase or remortgage at 2.94%.
A 60% LTV 3-year fix for purchase or remortgage at 1.49% has also been launched.

In addition, the lender has reduced rates across its 60% and 80% 5-year fixed rates, which are available for purchase and remortgage applications.
This latest launch follows on from Barclays’ activity last week, which saw the lender add a 75% LTV 2-year residential only tracker at 2.12%.
Barclays also recently introduced two 85% LTV products within its Barclays Green Home Mortgage range.
