Hatcher, who has been appointed representative for Kent, has been letting and managing properties for over 25 years in Canterbury and set up her own family-run letting agency eight years ago.

Duffy, representative for Sussex, has over 19 years of experience, having worked with a range of knowledgeable companies including the award-winning Callaways Ltd.

Tim Balcon, chief executive at Propertymark, said: “I am excited to welcome four new regional representatives to ARLA Propertymark, all of whom are property experts and passionate about tackling the issues facing the lettings sector.

“We always appreciate the time that our regional representatives give to the industry and I have no doubt they will share their expertise with members through their new roles.

It’s been a challenging period for the property market and as we now enter a second lockdown period, having a strong network of regional volunteers, who are practising members, in place to work closely with us is fundamental in helping us understand what members need and the issues they are facing.”
